FitAlign creator Michaelle Edwards saw a need to help First Responders learn how to stabilize the core muscles using the movements of breathing and rewire daily movement habits to support spine health and longevity. The video was filmed with a California fire fighter who in his 40's had already undergone back surgery for chronic back pain. After doing two private sessions with Michaelle, he was amazed at how stable and strong he felt and looked. Even though fire fighters, life guards, and paramedics often do daily workouts, many use compartmentalized workout routines that engage the periphery and compress the spine. Many first responders suffer from chronic back pain and possible job related injuries because of spine instability. This video will show first responders and anyone the tools to engage the breathing muscles as the true core of the body. Video includes information on how to move heavy objects, rotate and sit with the four curves of the spine aligned and supported from the inside out.
